Submission Details

• Submission Portal:
  Authors are required to submit their full-length manuscripts through the designated EquinOCS Springer Nature Portal.
  (Submission portal link and deadline will be updated on the conference website.)

• Submission Format:
  Authors must use the templates provided for full-length papers.

Paper Specifications

• Language: English

• Page Limit: Maximum of 6 pages (including figures, tables, and references).

• Plagiarism Limit: Less than 15% similarity.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

• Authors will present their work in either an oral presentation or a poster presentation, as per the conference committee's recommendation.

Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a thorough peer-review process. Selection or rejection emails will be sent to the corresponding authors based on the review outcomes.

Important Note

• At least one author must register for the conference per full-length paper or poster submission.

• All accepted manuscripts will be included in the conference proceedings in electronic format and provided during the conference.
